Farley Peel (President/CEO): Farley, an Osage Indian, started Osage in 2004 and has grown the revenue for the company by more than 5100% for total revenues of $85M. As an entrepreneur with more than 28 years of experience in private and public sector financial and program management, Farley possesses a broad range of business management skills. Her formal education at the University of Oklahoma in accounting and finance has provided her with the technical skills and knowledge required to manage a profitable business. Throughout her career she has demonstrated her abilities in finance and accounting, operations management, corporate planning, business development, human resources, and contract negotiation.
Alison Zeytoonian (Program Manager): Alison has more than 16 years of experience in the environmental compliance and restoration fields. Her expertise is in the areas of multi-media environmental compliance and environmental management system (EMS) auditing and training. She currently serves as the Program Manager for the Indian Affairs (IA) Environmental Management Assessment and Performance (EMAP) Program. EMAP is IA’s third-party environmental compliance and internal EMS auditing program. She manages auditors, audit citations, audit processes, schedules, and data analysis and reporting for 100+ annual EMAP Program audits. Prior to her current position, Ms. Zeytoonian provided technical expertise and management support to the US Army Environmental Command’s (USAEC) Installation Restoration, Compliance Cleanup and Military Munitions Response Programs. She has extensive knowledge of relevant environmental laws and regulations and Executive Orders.
Jodi Williams (Environmental Compliance and EMS Auditor): Jodi is a Registered Environmental Manager (REM), Certified Environmental Auditor (CEA), and Certified ISO 14001 Lead Auditor with more than 12 years of experience. She has completed multi-media environmental compliance audits, EMS conformance reviews, and provided follow-up technical compliance assistance at 89 Federally-owned Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) agencies, irrigation projects and detention centers and Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) schools and dormitories. She also completed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments on public and private lands between 2005 and 2015. For more than 3 years, she was the NEPA Planner at US Army Garrison Fort Benning and conducted NEPA document reviews for the 2005 Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) action.
Tony Westbrook: (Senior Auditor) Tony is a Certified Environmental Auditor (CEA) with more than 20 years of experience in the environmental field. He has completed approximately 70 environmental compliance audits, 21 EMS audits, and 14 phase I & II environmental site assessments between 1987 and 2015. He averaged 10 comprehensive environmental compliance audits per year for 4 years of DOD facilities at Ramstein Air Force Base; conducted one comprehensive environmental compliance audit per year while managing environmental operations in manufacturing (three years); completed environmental compliance audits and follow-up compliance audit site visits at 48 Federally owned or operated BIE Schools and IA Agencies, including Federal water systems from 2010 - 2015 (5 years); conducted four comprehensive environmental compliance audits over a two-year period for US Army Garrison Fort Benning as part of the Environmental Performance Assessment Program (EPAS). He conducted 14 Phase I and II Environmental Assessments over a five-year period. The above referenced environmental compliance audits covered the environmental statutes and regulations associated with the following: CAA, CWA, SDWA, EPCRA, RCRA, TSCA, AHERA, & NESHAPS.
April Roberts: (Environmental Compliance Specialist) April is an environmental professional with more than 10 years of experience. Her experience includes compliance auditing with the Department of Defense and Bureau of Indian Affairs. April provides project management and technical assistance in support of the Bureau of Indian Affairs Environmental Management Assessment and Performance (EMAP) Program. She manages all requirements of the Bureau of Indian Affairs Consent Agreement and Final Order with the Environmental Protection Agency, including updating citations, compliance plans, and semiannual reports.
Jefferson Hockenberry: (Auditor) Trained Military Veteran and Certified Environmental Professional with over 20 years of exceptional military experience and 14 years environmental auditing and hazardous waste management experience as a Manager, Auditor, and Instructor. Jeff has overseen and guided the Environmental Compliance, Environmental Management Systems, and Hazardous Waste programs of several major commands and directorates by performing reviews, assessing processes, training and activities relative to the elements of waste management, waste minimization, waste treatment and storage, waste transportation and business management of waste management facilities. He is currently serving as an auditor for the BIA/BIE contract.
Nicole Kruz (Project Assistant): Nicole is a trained historic preservationist with experience in architectural survey, CAD, historical research and documentation, historic structure report drafting, project status reporting, and national register nomination assistance. She also possesses experience in communications work and website maintenance. She currently supports the Department of the Interior, Office of Environmental Policy and Compliance, Resource Protection, Preparedness and Response Team with Section 106 compliance and in its efforts to safeguard natural and cultural resources and historic properties by providing emergency and remedial response during natural disasters, oil spills, hazardous releases, and other emergencies.
Lori Granger: Lori serves as our business development specialist. With more than 25 years of experience in technical writing, and 15 years of experience in business development, she has participated in proposals with values up to $5B. Her formal background in technical writing provides her with the skills to be a successful communicator. Her experience includes 15 years of technical writing and helpdesk experience and her 15 years of experience in business development includes several years of pre-sales work in the software industry.
