State of Memorandum of Agreement (DSMOA) Management Support, Cost to Complete (CTC) data input and analysis, Excess Property Management Support, Performance Based Contracting, and Tiered Partnering Facilitation.capabilities including Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP), Preliminary Assessment/Site Inspection (PA/SI), Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study (RI/FS), Remedial Design (RD), Remedial Action (RA), regulatory coordination and public meetings, site closure reports, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) optimization, Long Term Monitoring (LTM), underground and aboveground storage tank closures, No Further Action (NFA) attainment, and the GIS support required for all these activities.
Remediation and restoration programs encompass all activities necessary to restore property that has been environmentally impacted. Osage has been engaged extensively in remediation, restoration, and cleanup activities at four Department of Defense (DoD) levels for ten years: DoD-wide, Service (Army and Navy), Major Command (MACOM/MAJCOM), and installation. We have fulfilled many task orders involving Program Management and Support for Naval Facilities Command (NAVFAC) assisting in the oversight of the Installation Restoration Program (IRP).
